Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for assembly and service work between Bordian Montage ("Contractor") and the customer ("Client").

§ 2 Services

The Contractor provides services in furniture assembly, kitchen assembly, moving, electrical and plumbing work, disassembly and disposal.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

Offers are non-binding. A contract is formed upon confirmation of the order (including by phone, email, or WhatsApp).

§ 4 Prices and Payment

The agreed prices apply. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.

§ 5 Appointments and Cooperation

Appointments are arranged individually. The Client ensures that the service can be carried out (access, power supply, free installation space, etc.).

§ 6 Liability

The Contractor is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for breaches of material contractual obligations.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal notice.

§ 8 Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
